"Very kind, helpful staff. They helped us understand the city and informed us about amenities the hotel offers, such as showing my room key at certain restaurants for a discount. We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a small kitchenette (sink, plates, cutlery, fridge, etc)"

"The apartment was clean and very well equipped and in a great position not far from the city centre and the Mersey is just a sort walk down from the building. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly.
