"What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. "Breakfast was great. The elevator all went out of order on the second morning and people were using the exit stairs with their luggage. Our in room safe was not working but they did fix it, Front staff was not very polite at check in."
