Spotless and equipped with all amenities, and what truly made this place special was the hostess! She is the nicest person, so caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her guests. Ursula went above and beyond in every way and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a jam! Highly recommended."

"We found this hotel to a delight. It is well located, super clean, classy, and so nice to return to after walking around the city, especially when it is hot outside; the a/c is excellent. "Hotel Smeraldo is a hidden gem in a perfect Location to all the major sites. Restaurants we’re just steps away from hotel. She arranged pick and drop off for airport. We arrived after front desk was closed but we were given easy and clear instruction on entering property and our room.
