Indian Wells Resort Hotel
Property is on average 3 stars. The hotel is under painting renovation when we were there which they removed all the decorations photo’s of Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz which was the main attraction and our reason of picking to stay on this hotel. The bed and pillow are NOT comfortable to sleep on. ...

Unfortunately, the pool hours changed and we weren't able to enjoy the facilities as expected. Definitely recommend updating the details for your property/website this way the guests know what to really expect....

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert
Pool/ hot tub area that we were at was great. Room had everything we needed and what wasn’t there staff brought right away. Only complaint was stairwell had the same garbage in it during our entire stay.
