Staff was great. Room was horrible. Smelled musty, floor was wet in front of bath room. Water had seaped under the tiles. We had to leave a towel on the floor for two days to sop up the water. Beachside Resort Panama City Beach
Arrived at 3pm, room wasn’t ready. Shower handle almost fell off. Lost power for a minute during our stay. Water leaking everywhere outside. Missed cleaning our room the second day. Hope they do better next time!!

The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in.
