I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. ...

Our family had an amazing stay at Mangroove Papagayo. The service was outstanding, and the property was absolutely beautiful. A huge shout out to Lindsey, she was professional, caring, and fun, and truly made our visit comfortable and memorable. A genuine five-star experience!

Swim up bar was nice, only had 1 main restaurant but they did have dufferent themed dinners so the food changed. I wished the staff catered to you while on the beach but otherwise it is a very nice and friendly property.
