"Excellent check in. Room was lovely, nice bar . Great convenient location straight across road from st Pancras international station. My only downside was breakfast on a Sunday is not until 7am would be nice if it was 6 or 6:30 especially with Eurostar check in being from 7:15 for the 1st train on a Sunday "

"Shopping everywhere, mostly restaurants. Subway or bus very close can take you wherever you want to go. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"Electricity went out for many hours during my stay shutting down the elevators. The hotel claims no fault. There was a fire exit next to my room that automatically closed very loudly every time someone went through. Had to sleep with ear plugs to not wake up to door banging. Some person was stuck in an elevator outside the hotel lobby and calling visitors for help when I arrived. The drain in my shower wasn't draining. The staff kindly removed the drain cover and it started draining again. My room had an unfresh smell when I arrived."
