We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "Nice hotel, well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, but the staff managed to find us a room available so we could rest earlier. Well appreciated. Very clean hotel. We found out during our last days that a little museum was at ground floor, and free to visit. Great add on! We strongly recommend a room with doors, that can be opened to feel the breeze and the vibe. Liked the fact that the room was spacious, with a separate section with a sofa and tv."

"The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The property was very clean. And the location was central to everything. I would recommend this hotel. My only complaint was with the bathroom. Although the bathroom and the shower were both spacious, the shower door did not close properly which caused leaking into the bathroom floor. The shower floor was quite slippery. "Overall, I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay. The location is unbeatable—right by the Retiro Park, which is perfect if you want to go for a run. The staff were very nice and their English was good. The room itself was clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the bathroom, seemingly due to a lack of an exhaust fan. Still a great choice and highly recommended!"
