"This place was horrible. The reservation says gates are locked . They was wide open for anyone to come in. I got trapped in one of the elevators . The pics are deceiving about location. There’s an area upstairs that looks like an old abandoned town. To get to your room , you have to go through another room.
We tried to ask for our money back through Expedia because the experience was so horrible and they denied us. The only thing good about the place was the parking pass"

"I have been coming here for years because I love the place! Gulf view balconies, wonderful beach and location, great restaurant with a sunset view, and helpful staff. However, their new beach chairs are sub par. Use the ones next door. They’re way more comfy for same price! Also, pay the parking fee, or you’ll get $125 ticket! Too many people were violating the rules, and they had to implement this. I am a FL resident and this is one of our finest!!"

"Room and property were amazing, but the entire duration of our stay our water heater was having issues. We mentioned it the first day we were there and it never got fixed. The room, resort, and staff were lovely, but for the price of the room, we were extremely disappointed we couldn’t take a hot shower once during our stay."

"The motel is pretty run down. Evidently Hilton is taking them over so things may improve.
The rooms have Venetian blinds vs drapery so the outside flood lights make the room very bright at night.
There was a major sewer line renovation taking place so much of the courtyard was closed with fencing.
Not sure what the $38@ day resort fee got us?"
