"Very outdated. Staff won’t help with anything and is standoffish. Bathroom by the breakfast/lobby was broke the whole stay. Strong cannabis smell in the stairs and hallway that came into my room. TV kept stop working. Shower fan was falling out of the ceiling. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Old furniture. Window didn’t lock, thankfully was in the 2nd floor. Did report things to the desk and sometimes would come up to help and other times didn’t. Stay away!"

"Very nice hotel, the presentation was excellent. Our room was great it had everything we needed and comfortable. There were just a couple of things that I saw: while in the room I happened to see that the fitted sheet did not fit the mattress very well. As for breakfast the hard boiled eggs we couldn't get the shell off."

"Housekeeping was awful. They would take towels but not leave towels, and not take trash or make beds. Cockroach infestation that staff seemed to not be concerned about. They said maintenance would spray room so we then got to sleep in pesticide ridden bedding. In 12 days housekeeping NEVER CHANGED SHEETS. Toilet paper never replaced had to get more from front desk."
