"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Wood and tile floors were swept but not mopped and looked dirty. Hot tub was out for service. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the bathroom Only one hand towel was included to dry the dishes. Toilet paper was only disposable paper that was ised. "

"Breakfast menu and food was excellent- so fresh and delicious. Rooms clean and lovely pool and leisure facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Manchester. Very close to trains and trams also. "

"The corners of room and toilet/wet room was really dirty, the toilet had a smell a pee, there wasn't no sanitary bag or bin bags. The bed sheets was done in a rush not done properly. Not worth it my money I have been other yotel in london super spotless "

"We chose this hotel as we were attending a concert at The Aviva Studios, which is a 10 minute walk away. Ample parking on site with a friendly and quick check in. Room was extremely comfortable and clean with a good sized bathroom with a great shower. We slept well, comfortable beds and we chose to have breakfast the following morning. Lovely selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. Seamless stay. Would recommend and it woild be our first choice of hotel if we attend the Aviva Studios again."

"Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "

"Had troubles with the Nespresso, told front desk but they never acted on replacement. Annoyed and made my review to downgrade! Comfortable room and well decorated. Enjoyed our stay."
