"Everyone at the front desk that was there for our five day. Stay was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for us. Included breakfast in the morning. We’re very well stocked and the food was high-quality. Would certainly stay here again!"

"Room looked like it was either in the middle of repairs or sure does need it. It's possible the whole place is under renovation. There was a pile of lumber outside one of the rooms. Could not get TV to work. Did not call office because we were not going to be there too long but would've been nice to just turn on."

"The property was clean. Our room was large and very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast consisted of multiple items, including quiche, yogurt and a scone. Nicole, the Innkeeper, was exceedingly nice, and helpful in all respects, including recommending local eateries for dinner. All around it was a great stay!"

"This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space."

"Got to the property to check in at 12:15AM after a concert in Hershey that evening. Was confirmed by the hotel when we booked FEBRUARY 9th that a late check in was fine. Told at check in that they had to cancel our reservation due to "unforeseen circumstances". The front desk person told me they had "attempted" to get in contact with me to tell me. I pulled up my call log as well as my email--NOTHING. I was then told they had refunded my payment and had booked me a room "down the road" at a...

"Extremely relaxing, very peaceful setting. From reception to departure our hosts were welcoming providing all the comforts of home . breakfast was delicious !"

"We urgently needed a place to stay due to power failure in our area. With 2 dogs, this hotel located around the corner from our employer was a blessing. My only complaint is with the person who designed the shower stalls - you have to walk in to turn on the fawcet and experience cold water before it gets warm :( Otherwise, a great stay with this hotel."
