"Muy bien los cuartos , pero los que dan a la calle no son ermeticos y hace mucho ruido , el desayuno excelente cuartos limpios y muy bonitos"

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

"Wonderful location. Second time there. Stay in room with balcony so that's great. Staff is a little uneven and didn't seem to eager to please. Didn't offer upgrade or anything promised but love the beauty of the place."

"Super helpful and pleasant staff!"

"The pool and spa facilities are glorious"

"La ubicación es inmejorable. Llegué tarde y el encargado del check in fue excepcional, amable y atento. Lo único fue que tuve mi habitación en el primer piso y estando a pasos de Gran Vía un viernes por la noche fue bastante ruidoso."

"Extremely well located very convenient to stay"

"Great location. Great breakfast."

"We were able to have an early check-in, at no extra cost, thank you so much! HVAC was not working initially but staff was able to fix it and we had no issues after that. Super gracious front desk staff, helpful with directions and calling taxis. Gracias!!"

"La ubicación para salir a sitios de interes es muy buena"

The staff at Hotel Preciados were extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. The room had everything that we needed including shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and an iron & iron board. One thing to note ; the doors to the bathroom in our room were glass/transparent (this seemed to be common across our hotels in Spain). Also, it...

"The location is excellent, and I want to commend the front desk staff for how professionally they handled my concerns and helped de-escalate a very frustrating situation. Their response was appreciated. However, for a hotel charging approximately €330 for one night and marketed as a four-star property, I expected a higher level of comfort. The hotel operates a central heating and air-conditioning system, which meant I could not control the air conditioning in my room. Even when the weather...

"Horrible room. It appeared that we were given a handicapped room, but I don’t know for sure. The shower glass was moveable and allowed water to go everywhere. The bathroom door was heavy and the odd door handle made it difficult for a strong man to open. We also did not have a window to the outside. Our window faced an interior courtyard that was enclosed. Horrible room that is unsafe in case of an evacuation emergency. The bathroom counter was very small and will not accommodate 2 people’s...
