The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. Having multiple pool options was great! Comfortable bed. Great to be able to get food service to the pool areas. Lovely location in the mountainside. Parking should be included though.

While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Hotel Valley Ho
AC struggled whole stay long. Couldn’t room below 72 degrees. Their solution a portable fan. Wasn’t impressed.
