"Ali House Patong was an excellent decision. The location was super convenient and you can tell the rooms have been recently renovated. Very clean, spacious and modern. Had a smart tv which was great. Ali was also an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate and give me recommendations on where to go etc. The staff were also wonderful and very accomodating. Overall great stay great service and great location. Highly recommend "

"The location was excellent. We did not realize we were located right within the Kata night market until arrival, which was very convenient and a neat atmosphere. With the market going on daily, our stay and room was very quiet. The room was clean as well. Only thing that was odd was the bathroom window had open view to a balcony above across the way as we were on the 3rd floor. However we just closed the bathroom door. "Without exception all the staff were excellent they were always friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to Phuket. You can either walk from the hotel or get a tuk tuk which were always ready to go and only cost around 200b. There are a lot of steps! But it kept us fit 😀 The rooms although spotlessly clean are dated, but the sea view was beautiful and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. This is a fantastic hotel, with an amazing lobby and view making it a special place to stay, the food was also exceptional but a bit of work on the rooms would make it even better. Highly recommend."

"We stayed in a room closer to the lobby, which was very convenient for pool access and breakfast access. Also very close to the main road to walk around The pool was beautiful! The breakfast options were great. Expect to have the same things daily, with little change, but overall good food and pleasant atmosphere. Pool bar was nice, resort was very clean. I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket. Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this! "
