"We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect with walking distance to all, and around the corner from Largo Argentina. The room was very stylish and huge! Spotless and equipped with all amenities, and what truly made this place special was the hostess! She is the nicest person, so caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her guests. Ursula went above and beyond in every way and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a jam! Highly recommended."

"What an amazing place to stay in Rome! The owner was so kind and friendly; and had great chats with him every morning. "It was hard to find. The place was under construction when we arrived, and we had to ask neighboring hotels for help to arrive. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very dirty. To it’s benefit, it was close to Trastevere and near a fleet of taxis."

"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"

"Das Apartment ist hübsch sauber und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war am Ende ganz toll und einfach Hand zu haben. Wir hatten nur das Pech, das bei Expedia erst die falsche Adresse genannt wurde . Das hat dann kurzfristig zu einem Missverständnis geführt. Es konnte sich dann aber klären, indem wir die Person, mit der ich die ganze Zeit in Kontakt war, die richtige Straße genannt hat, Alles in allem eine wunderbare Oase,...

"Our family of 5 (adults) loved the hotel. Great location & walkable to everything. Very easy walk across the bridge to Trastevere which we loved as well as walkable to most or of the sites. Great modern vibe and wonderful rooftop bar. Check in & staff were wonderful & very helpful. (Bar waitress was abit snippy & unfriendly but maybe a bad day…) Rooms were great in sz & modern. We would definitely stay here again."

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...
