"We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"The hotel is part of a big old apartment building. The main entrance and stairways are in the process off being renovated however once you get up to the 3rd floor, the hotel and rooms are beautiful. They do not offer a breakfast but you do get a voucher toward a breakfast at a restaurant that is directly outside their door. I loved the location and the room and i would stay here again"

The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, it was exactly what we needed and more! This was a gem! I could go on, but reslly worth mentioning the host, Edy, she was fantastic, which really was the icing on the cake, really hwlpful and available when needed. Needless to say when we go back this is the place to stay for us! "
