"Location - 5/5 - in pedestrian area, 5 minutes from the bridge, museums, duomo and everything you want to see in Florence. Amenities 5/5 - the property has been renovated, located in an old building but the rooms are new and the bathrooms are great. When we changed rooms we didn’t have a mini fridge in the new one. Staff 4/5 - the staff was great, however, I am rating it a 4 not because they are not helpful, but because this is not like your average business hotel that has staff at the lobby...

"This is a lovely B&B right on the Piazza della Signoria. You cannot get more convenient! It is clean and well-kept, with much history. The staff is so kind and helpful. There is no lift, though they bring your luggage up and down, so you only need to navigate the stairs yourself. There is a made to order breakfast each day in the dining room (community style). "Ideally, my overall rating is a 4.5. The staff was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb (just around the corner from the Duomo complex) and walkable to just about everything Florence has to offer. The only two issues we had with the property were: 1) the wi-fi was mediocre at best. It was never at full strength.
