"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. "The location is excellent, really can’t be beat. But the rooms are very loud making it hard to sleep. Our room was above a cafe that has techno music playing until late. The rooms are unique and have a nice kitchenette but the bathrooms are very small (only one person) and the shower had some mold. "
