"The room was clean, spacious and located bang in the tourist area of Florence (a few minutes walk from the Duomo and the Palace, about 10 mins from the main train station). So there was some noise from the surrounding area, but that goes with the location, and it wasn't so bad as to interrupt our sleep. "The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They took great care of us and were very helpful. It is in a great location in Florance! One note - the elevator starts at the 2nd floor, so you do have to walk up one flight of stairs. It was not a big deal for us, but it could be for others."
