"Ideally, my overall rating is a 4.5. The staff was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb (just around the corner from the Duomo complex) and walkable to just about everything Florence has to offer. The only two issues we had with the property were: 1) the wi-fi was mediocre at best. It was never at full strength. And 2) two mornings the hot water never came on and were forced to take less than ideal showers. Other than that, we really enjoyed the B&B and...

"Great location! Lots of room and nice balcony. A little hard to find as there is a small sign and the property was above the Prada store. It would have been nice to have that information."

"The Rooms were large and spacious, very clean the location is 6 minutes away walking distance from Duomo and Piazza de la República and 5 mins away from Medici basilica and the main Train station. There is a mini market Carrefour close by if you need anything. The staff were very nice and cordial helped us a lot with Train info ( we did a day trip to Pisa) and headed to Venice on the fast train. I would stay there again."
