"Location - 5/5 - in pedestrian area, 5 minutes from the bridge, museums, duomo and everything you want to see in Florence. Amenities 5/5 - the property has been renovated, located in an old building but the rooms are new and the bathrooms are great. When we changed rooms we didn’t have a mini fridge in the new one. Staff 4/5 - the staff was great, however, I am rating it a 4 not because they are not helpful, but because this is not like your average business hotel that has staff at the lobby...

"L'emplacement central, l'équipement de la chambre trés bien.attention aux mobilité réduite l'ascensceur au n+1. Tout est à proximité moins de 200 mètres beaucoup de centres d'intérêts dont les plus importants. Bien isolé et au calme malgré la rue piétonne trés fréquentée. Literie trés bonne."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They took great care of us and were very helpful. It is in a great location in Florance! One note - the elevator starts at the 2nd floor, so you do have to walk up one flight of stairs. It was not a big deal for us, but it could be for others."
