"This was our third time in Florence previously staying at other good hotels. Hotel Pendini was by far the nicest place we have stayed in. In its 150th year it exudes a charm and gentility of its own. Centrally placed , beautifully decorated, ample sized rooms and wonderful helpful, friendly staff. The air conditioning was effective and quiet. The breakfast was in a beautiful room with wonderful city views. I would thoroughly recommend for anyone wishing to spend a few days in Florence and...

"Location - 5/5 - in pedestrian area, 5 minutes from the bridge, museums, duomo and everything you want to see in Florence. Amenities 5/5 - the property has been renovated, located in an old building but the rooms are new and the bathrooms are great. When we changed rooms we didn’t have a mini fridge in the new one. Staff 4/5 - the staff was great, however, I am rating it a 4 not because they are not helpful, but because this is not like your average business hotel that has staff at the lobby...

"We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was even better than we expected. So spacious and comfortable! 10/10 would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Florence. The location could not have been better!"
