" Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening."

Hotel is right off the tollway and served our purpose as we did not want to drive into Florence ZTL zone. Breakfast had a good spread. "A beautiful old building with lovely gardens and staff who were very helpful and courteous. The hotel was in a peaceful location positioned on a hill above the town. It was only a 30 minute walk along small lanes, offering amazing views of Tuscan countryside and the city of Florence into the city centre. Be aware it’s on the 2nd floor with extremely high ceilings so there are 60 steps up from the street to the condo door.
