"No restroom in lobby for guests. No fan in bathroom No tissues in room No iron or board in room No ice machine in hotel No safe in room. From traveling all over the country , I thought these items were in every hotel in America. It was quiet and felt safe here. Very clean"

"This is a great hotel to stay at! It’s only a 25 minute drive to Seattle and the Southcenter mall is literally like 7 minutes away. I like how it has stuff close by as well. I’d recommend staying here!"

"Clean room, older hotel. Our door and door into ice/laundry was squeaky and bathtub faucet dripped. Quick fixes for those. Breakfast was good, fresh berries were a nice touch. Also nice the laundry machines were free. Housekeeping is every 3 days but you can request it if needed sooner."

"I liked the room, but not some of the amenities. Wasn’t able to control the a/c through the thermostat or directly from the a/c unit. The ironing board was bent, had to place the iron on a table before maneuvering my cloth for the next position. And, the refrigerator was quite noisy — very noticeable at night when everything else is off."

"I can’t recommend this hotel. It’s an old Days Inn that was dirty with obvious damage in the room. The staff gave contradictory information about their ability to store our luggage prior to our checking in and the timing of the airport shuttle."

"Our suite was beautiful, and the lady at the desk was so helpful when I needed another blanket she gave me 2 for my son staying on the sofa bed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the surprise $19 charge for parking. I didn’t realize that there was a fee for parking (after being charged I saw it on the website), but it wasn’t mentioned anytime during checkin, I was just given a parking pass & was told I could park anywhere including event parking."
