"We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. My car keys were in the room, so we were stuck outside. The office closed at 11 and when trying to contact someone with their outdoor phone, no answer. Multiple people came to the office while we were sitting outside with the same issue. I called non-emergency and they sent an officer over when available. "I can’t recommend this hotel. It’s an old Days Inn that was dirty with obvious damage in the room. The staff gave contradictory information about their ability to store our luggage prior to our checking in and the timing of the airport shuttle."

"I liked the room, but not some of the amenities. Wasn’t able to control the a/c through the thermostat or directly from the a/c unit. The ironing board was bent, had to place the iron on a table before maneuvering my cloth for the next position. And, the refrigerator was quite noisy — very noticeable at night when everything else is off."

"Clean room, older hotel. Our door and door into ice/laundry was squeaky and bathtub faucet dripped. Quick fixes for those. Breakfast was good, fresh berries were a nice touch. Also nice the laundry machines were free. Housekeeping is every 3 days but you can request it if needed sooner."

"I would certainly stay again of we're in the area. It is easy access to go anywhere. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, even during the fireworks on July 4th! The beds were also comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful . We had our dog with us, and they have a great pet area for them to do their business. There's also a great area in front of the hotel to take them on a longer walk and a large fenced dog park only about 3-5 miles away. (Three Forks dog park) The breakfast...
