Then this last time, they were going through some kind of system change and they needed us all to come down to the front desk to give a new form of payment and get keys that work. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk and the front desk attendant returned and was quite rude to me. I didn't appreciate that. "staff is very nice and accommodating. we were traveling with a large dog and they are very kind and the property makes that easy. pet rooms have no carpet which is good but the rooms are a little tired but prices are reasonable and location worked well for us."

"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "The front desk was helpful, Valerie especially helpful to us. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet and relaxing at night. The lobby was equipped with plenty of comfortable seating and snacks the start the day."

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."
