"Plenty of parking around the facility and it's in a nicer area so there's not really a feeling of not being safe (although you always have to be aware). "The hotel shuttle service was very helpful getting to and from the airport. However, the room although fairly clean leaves a lot to be desired. The spreads on both beds were covered with snags and should be discarded. The mini fridge was not leveled and fell out of its place every time it was opened.
Breakfast was very good with several options.
At check in, it would have been helpful for the staff to provide information on area businesses and the BART. I may stay again if the items noted...

"Horrible roach motel. Our room had stained sheets. The bathroom had rust and hair in the tub. Didn’t look like cleaning or cleanliness is their goal. I did not get under the sheets. Checked out at 5 am the next day and got the heck out of there! It’s the most disgusting hotels I have ever been to! I booked it for convenience since it’s close to the airport. Overall yuck yuck yuck!"

"We only booked for a night because of our visit to UC Berkeley and it was an amazing stay! The rooms were very clean and organized. Staff were nice and they welcomed us with waters.
