"Original room, the pull out couch didn’t work so luckily they were able to switch us. We really enjoyed the lounge and games den. Kids loved getting happy hour popcorn! Beds were clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. There’s a diner attached (Floyd’s diner)- had a lunch there and food was ok. We would definitely stay there again, only thing I would say is, the outdoor pool said it was heated but definitely didn’t feel like it. Kids went in once but would’ve used it a lot more if it was warmer. And a toaster in our kitchenette would’ve been useful. Friendly staff."

"I was satisfied especially with the rooms and the space of the room but the service was not good. Especially no one explains to us about the internet and how to use it and I could not use it. I think there should be more staff and even in the uncle's room there should be no such guidance."
