"Degelijk hotel"

"I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic."

"The pool was ok . It was cold the day we were there. Vine yards ? not sure where they were. We had one 45 watt bulb in each room. No security,. you had to relock the door using a key. $35 US dollar taxi ride. Very nice restaurant Jennifer was fabulous. "

"Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen."

"Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento unos días antes de la llegada para resolver algunas dudas, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. El día del check-in tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo en la puerta, ya que no había nadie para recibirnos. Tampoco habíamos recibido instrucciones previas y no logramos contactar por teléfono. "The hotel was fine my experience was bad I had my money and jewellery taken from my room while at breakfast .. the hotel has so far done nothing to check who entered the room or cctv I’ve emailed them twice and called to be told it’s impossible so my experience was not a nice one "

"Place at the back of the hotel beside the road and construction site with heavy drilling and removal ongoing from around 8am to 5pm. Didnt enjoy the room at all as it was noisy and door where vibrating. Room is lovely, toilets too top notch. Beds okay, not sure what the blanket was from. Swimming pool wasnt heated but was not too cold. Deck chairs again top notch. Dont know where the blankets are? Deposit on enter for a minibar great idea. Lead to a longer check out process so leave a little...

"Despite some of the negative reviews, it was a great stay. Staff were great, attentive and helpful. Food was fantastic as well as the evening entertainment. The only downside for me was all of the young people in groups at the beginning of my stay, doing balloons and made the hotel smell very green which I found very inappropriate as there were families there with young children so harder policing around that would’ve been better. "
