"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, the building maintenance was the problem. there was a water leak in the closet, and in the bathroom. The shower needs to be either lower or raised, so that water will not coming out when you shower. The floor was wet all the time. This is my experience in building #11, leaks need to be repaired. Excellent food, in all the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the hotel."

The breathtaking infinity pool, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, beautiful decorations, spacious accommodations, luxurious bathroom, and wonderful hot showers made our stay unforgettable.
Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere of elegance, peace, and pure relaxation. The views were absolutely magical!

The tub had cracks & needed caulking. The resort says all inclusive, but doesn’t mention that when you book thru Expedia you’re getting a basic passage that only allows you to get 1 type of liquor in your drinks. Also, the pool closes at 6:30pm bcus it start getting dark at that time. Which I get that they’re tryna...
