It was 100°F when I was a Madrid and the air conditioning is nice and cold. Bed is comfortable, bathroom spotless."

Wonderful location…easy walk to the Prado, the Botanical Gardens and Jardín de Retiro, Plaza Major…lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops near by My sons and I were in Madrid for a wedding. The staff here is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. Room was exceptional…clean, comfortable beds, coffee maker in room…the hotel offers complimentary coffee and snacks every afternoon. The hotel itself is a work of art! I enjoyed taking the stairs over the elevator...

"Immaculate property with very attentive staff. Incredible location. The rooms are massive and spotlessly clean. Truly one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. "The pictures online are somewhat deceiving. They own several locations and put all the pictures together. The one I stayed in was nothing like the pictures and didn’t have a pool. Just be aware of what you are booking when booking this."
