"There were shops nearby with a wide variety of items. For an older hotel it was very clean and well kept. The staff provided clear direction and areas to go for interest and shopping. They were able to answer all of our request. My family loved that there was a lot of space in our room for movement and a lot of finishing touches like small plants and great views from all windows. "This property is a renovated Lower East Side tenement building from the late 19th/early 20th century. It contains 20 or so units. The vibe is of a small hotel, though the front desk is virtual, so you really feel as if you're staying at your own pied-a-terre in the city. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of plush towels. We enjoyed having the microwave and mini-fridge so we didn't have to go out for breakfast. The floors are laminate (faux wood) so...

"Generally we liked the place and service. The location is oerect and we had a nice viewnon the Empire State Building. The only claim is a check-in and check-out time. Both are not in a right time. Anyway, I recommend the place because of good price and great location 👍 "
