"Ocean and Pool view as advertised. From 4th floor also beautiful view our back of hotel as you enter or leave your room. Breakfast menu good. Nightly entertainment was fun. Room clean and maid came in every day."

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht. Das Publikum ist sehr britisch bzw. Irisch, was aber auch nicht stört. In punkto Liegen am Pool reservieren, haben die Engländer uns Deutsche abgehängt😉 Das Frühstück ist sehr britisch,...

"This is such an amazing property. Very well situated and offers an amazing breakfast with alot of selection! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here’s."

"Great hotel, pools were good and never not too busy to not have a bed. Bars busy but never felt overly busy given the size of the hotel. Only downside was the food, was similar every night and was ok/average. Better food options available close to the hotel."

"The reception and pool areas were good the room was ok, a bit battered and outdated but did us for 4 nights. First time ive had to pay a deposit for a tv remote and also had to pay to hire a hairdryer "

"Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient."

"Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way."
