Khách sạn Point Lookout

"Clean room, nice buffet breakfast"

"Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was great. Will stay again."

"There was construction going on, so oceanside view was constructed. It was a little loud in the morning while they worked, but that is to be expected. The room I had was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very accommodating. It's a gorgeous property right on the beach."

"Great time, good sleep, awesome location and history."

"Staffs were very unprofessional. The door lock didn’t work few times and we had to be moved to a different room where toilet was clogged. Shuttle bus was small so had to wait for 2 additional trips. Water was leaking in the bathroom and toilets making noises all night. I will not recommend staying there. It took an hour to check in the first day … it’s was a terrible experience."

"El sonido de las fiestas del los salones del hotel es demasiado fuerte ni se puede dormir hasta q ni terminan las fiestas, había una cucaracha no tiene cafetera en el cuarto para vi seguir un microondas tenes q ir hasta la otra torre no vale el precio. Destaca el personal es muy amable."

"They came to clean the room at 8 when we asked if they could come back at 11 we were told no. Our stay was 5 days and the room was cleaned one time. We requested an extra blanket and pillow and were told they didn’t have any."

"My only issue was the communication via chat before my stay was pretty bad. I will add that a guy named Victor I think it was, was extremely helpful in accommodating our early check in request as we had a concert to go to and they were completely booked. I would stay again and I think the place is nice just would’ve appreciated better communication that’s all. It’s a nice hotel."

"Clean"

"Excellent service."
