"Strict check in and out times however allowed to park before check in time which was helpful. Didn’t see any staff for the most part and they seem to have a fully digital system. The air conditioning was extremely loud so disturbed sleep. Shower was weak too which was disappointing. Big TV with lots of channels which was nice and beds were comfortable. Fridge also convenient. "Part of the problem I had was me. I booked a room through Expedia and didn't notice that they only had one guest down. I booked with the spa package. When my wife and I went to the spa to book a time for the spa we found out that had only said there would be one person in the room so only one spa package. Sent back to check-in we were told by front desk that since it was booked theoughe Xpedia they couldn't help me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told they could do nothing. So...

"Breakfast station was great. Pool was under repair but we did not use it anyway. Staff was great and helped us arrange a shuttle to Banff. Excellent location. The train noise was not bad at all. Room service everyday. I would stay there again."

"Everything was perfect! The place was spotless, parking was very easy as well as check in which I did online ahead of time. One suggestion would be for there to be a blanket in the room. Would definitely stay again if ever in Canmore and hopefully I am."

"We booked our room as a king room. When we got to the property, we were told they upgraded us. After wandering around (it's difficult to find rooms) we found our "upgraded" room. It was very outdated, extremely small and had a spiral staicase to get to our bed. We are in out 60's and were to say the least not thrilled with this. Went to the front desk to say this is unacceptable. After having to get a little upset about this as were were staying for 5 days and could not manuver this...

"The property was very clean, it provided everything needed. However I did not receive the email for the check-in. I had to leave several messages to reach the property management office before receiving the email. The tv did not work, we were told someone came to the condo and fixed it but it still was not working. We were then told that they would send an email on how to work the television but never received anything . Excellent location, a short drive to Banff."

"Lokatie ten opzichte van het centrum en uitzicht op de bergen zijn prima. Je hebt veel last van het lawaai dat passerende treinen en verkeer maken! Dit maakt dat de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet goed is. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid."
