"You’re paying a premium to stay at this hotel. At over $800 a night, I expected a lot more, and unfortunately it didn’t deliver. Our room had visible water damage, baseboards coming off the wall, badly stained lampshades, holes in the wallpaper, and worn furniture. It was a single king room that was obviously converted from a double queen, and it felt very bare. There was no artwork, no extra seating or furniture, and none of the small touches I’d expect from a higher-end property like bottled...

"Stayed a week. Lovely place. Older but clean and easy to get around. It was easy access for touring around Canmore and Banff. Would stay again!"

"Love that you can fully check in online, and not have to mess with keys, remembering keys when you leave, etc. Booked the dog friendly room, and my dog was fully comfortable and happy. Was a little weird that there's no closet or rack to hang up any clothes though. Great location on Canmore's main street, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our one negative is that the hot tub was not open, as that is a big part of why we booked this hotel. It would have been nice to...

"Property is next to a construction site, we had mice in the room, however beyond that the room was clean, we had daily housekeeping, the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was not happy that the amenities are on the sister property across the parking lot however I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the steam room had eucalyptus infused and I loved the jacuzzi"
