"Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings."

"We stayed here for 4 nights in late April. It was the perfect location, with beautiful views of the Grand Canal, directly at a vaporetto stop, making it a convenient base for exploring. The room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Housekeeping refreshed our room and supplies each day. Our hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Breakfasts were delivered to our room each morning based on our preferred time. The selection of pastries, coffee/tea, juice, meats/cheeses,...

"This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! "The rooms are small in comparison to newer hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It should be noted that this property does not have an elevator but staff will carry your bags. The hotel is in close proximity to a water taxi stand and train station. The area much like all of Venice has restaurants and shops everywhere. The breakfast is similar to a continental breakfast with some hot items available. All in all it was a nice hotel."
