"The service here is amazing and while I'm sure they cant always promise this, they had our room ready early which made our first day waaay more comfortable after the airline lost our luggage. The room is cute with good AC and room service was nice and clean, only minor note is we couldnt get the bathroom outlet to work."

"Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff do not seem to care about the guests here. I was watching TV with other guests in the hotel lobby. A staff member approached us and asked us to turn down the volume which I thought was strange as we had been watching TV for an hour or so while having cocktails from the bar. The staff member told us that the TV volume was disrupting other guests who were trying to work. Then the staff member had a loud internal staff meeting right next to us in the lobby...

"Considering the location, this alone makes Ponte Sisto worth it in comparison to other hotels in the area. Being next to the Tiber River means quick access to grab an Uber to other parts of Rome. The Vatican and historic sites are within walking distance. Throw in great service, an excellent complimentary breakfast and nice sized, clean rooms and bathrooms makes it a no brainer. I didn’t select Ponte Sisto randomly either. It was recommended by a friend who’s been to Italy many times."
