One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms can be noticeable. Also, this is not a traditional hotel, which can make it a little difficult to find and access initially. You need to pass through multiple doors using different keys, which may feel stressful...

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"Unfortunately, our experience at Mama’s Home Rome was very disappointing. Andrea was extremely unhelpful and even appeared to fake a back injury to avoid assisting us with our luggage up several flights of stairs. While the bathroom was modern and nicely renovated, the rest of the apartment felt somewhat dirty, uncomfortable, and not particularly well maintained. Overall, we would never stay here again and would strongly recommend choosing one of the many better accommodations available...
