"Was extremely happy with the room. The bed was wonderful super clean, beautiful detail. The stock was excellent made me feel so welcome especially Leonardo. I think his last name is Jones made me feel like I was at home with the breakfast were amazing. We unfortunately didn’t get to go to the bar upstairs checked it out. The atmosphere was beautiful. Bought lunch and had it on the outdoor terrace upstairs just extremely warm and welcoming from the staff at the breakfast getting your cappuccino...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"We were so happy with our stay. We were in a triple suite, which was spacious and overlooking some of the local restaurants. We enjoyed people watching and enjoying the background market noise when we were hanging out. Yet when we closed the window the sound was insulated for a quiet room. The bathroom amenities, in room coffee, and towel service daily was so appreciated! Room was spotless, and the Roman breakfast included was such a nice experience. Loved the fresh squeezed orange juice,...

"Our room was the smallest available (tight navigating around bed with luggage packed for 11 day cruise) but bathroom was spacious and hotel extremely clean. Nice library where we were offered welcome coffee and snacks that were delicious. The breakfast was scrumptious- lovely buffet available early with many options. Location very convenient to tourist attractions and we were able to catch a shuttle to the cruise port less than a block from the hotel."

"A lovely and quirky 16th century apartment right in the heart of a beautiful walkable area with restaurants, cafes, gelatarias - great location. For us though the restaurant downstairs was a negative - unfortunately long loud lunches outside often extended until 5 in the evening and long loud dinners until past midnight so our sleep was very disrupted."

"The location is prime, super walkable with taxi stand 1min down the street. Joseph and Alessandro were super prompt, accomodation and flexible, allowing us to store our luggages before check in and after check out. The room was super clean and has everything you need including a jacuzzi. The only negative is the tight staircase to get to the room so highly encourage not bringing a large check in bags. Would stay here again!"
