"Really nice hotel right on the waters edge in Sirmione. We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a lake view. If you’re taking a car then drop a line to the hotel who will arrange parking at a large car park about 300 meters from the hotel. It’s about £10 per 24 hours and you get a complimentary chauffeured ‘stretch’ Golf Buggy which delivers you and any luggage direct to the hotel. "Sehr neues Hotel, leider für 3 Personen etwas klein die Zimmer. Da man sich nie so lange drinnen aufgehalten hat war es ok. Sehr gute Frühstück , sehr reichhaltig Was zu beanstanden wäre ist die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer, leider war diese nicht so mit Sinn monitiert. Die Tür blieb immer einen kleinen Spalt offen (hätte man sogar von dort aus Fernsehen können...) "Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. Big swimming pools and nice welness centre. The only minus was that outdoor swimming pools were cold , even kids pool the water was freezing. The indoor pool was wonderful tho."

"Excellent relax on lakeside of Lake Garda. Good pool, pool bar, good rest after day trip to Sirmione. Property (holel) needs renovation, to be closed for two years for renovation. 100-yrs old hotel."

"Nice place to stay. Food options are very nice and right at the location. There was some live music one evening at dinner hour. Pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Lots of nice outdoor sitting areas with tables and chairs. Staff are all friendly. Room was on the cozy side but was adequate for the basics. Short walk to Garda Lake. Short drive to some great wineries nearby. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back."

"Incredible location. Service perfect. We did not use the spa. No full lengths in the wardrobes and the safe was to small and also the shower and bath tub were not great."
