Great location on Seawall Blvd with easy access to the beach, local restaurants and the Strand. Garage parking available for reasonable daily fee. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but coffee available in lobby all day. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was such a beautiful hotel they just need to be more informative and clear about and extra charges resort fee and 1st night fee of $40 for parking, we were told it was $20. But other then that room amd staff are always professional and kind.
