"This is my second time within 6 months to stay at this fantastically located hotel which has every supermarket, bank , hairdressing facility right beside it. Overlooking Sutton Strand the hotel boasts of a good sized pool as well as a huge garden going down to the sea. "Enjoyed our stay a the Flyover B&B. Room was clean and tidy. Tom served up a tasty breakfast, and there was tea and coffee also available at night to take to our room. Tom was also very helpful with local travel info etc. There was easy travel into Dublin centre as bus stop situated just across the road. The same for Dublin airport with plenty of buses throughout the day. Would highly recommend the Flyover B&B."

"Such a lovely apartment style room, perfect for our long weekend in Dublin. Cooking facilities work perfectly for making cooked breakfast each morning and a few simple dinners in the evening. Only request would be for a washing up sponge and tea towel. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. "The staff on the whole were great, spoiled only by one supercilious member of the team in the bar on one evening.The room was clean modern and comfortable but very small for a king size. The electric toilet was a first, initially interesting but latterly a pain, you couldn’t move on the bathroom without the seat popping up or down every 15seconds!
