"I stayed here for 1 night to go to a concert. The staff were very helpful. But the room was not clean there was wine stains on the carpet and the bed side tables looked like they hadn't been wiped in a long time.. also no WiFi did not work in our room. And the shower unit was coming away from the wall."

"Nice clean rooms, a TV, coffee, tea bags, cookies for your breakfast. The Italian restaurant downstairs was awesome! Tried all deserts and they were all fantastic. Did not have a chance to be at the bar , but it looked inviting. Shuttle bus was reliable. The stop is in zone 16 (by memory), a bit further away than the busses going to town. There was an extra charge for an early check in."

"From the moment of our arrival to checkout it was perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. The rooms were large and comfortable. There were two cozy chairs and a small, round wooden table in the corner, and a long writing desk with refrigerator and other amenities on one wall. The king size bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, and the service there was top notch as well. The location itself is quiet and tranquil. You can get into nearby...

"We stayed here twice on our vacation, once on the front end for 2 nights and again on the back end for one night. Our first stay was on the 4th floor, the room was exceptional, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing. On our second stay, we stayed one night on the third floor. The bed was not comfortable, the noise level was bothersome from the cleaning closet next to our room."

"We stayed at Marie‘s prior to flying home the next day. There were three of us, so we had the family room with three twin beds and the private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout blinds helped us sleep very well. The hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful. They insisted on carrying luggage for us and we had a lovely chat during breakfast. We highly recommend staying here."

"Arrived just before midnight, got to our room, walked into it and was it with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as a non-smoking room. It smelts like an ashtray. Went down to tell the front desk and they seemed surprised, not sure how cleaning staff could not smell it, and while they did offer to move us rooms we were too tired to move and have an early flight. For the price expect more amenities, felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Found out shuttle only runs until...

"Kittyhawks restaurant service was poor, waited half an hour for an order to be taken, I had the burger which was well overcooked, spouse had fish & chips which was satisfactory. SHuttle bus in the morning was a bit of a lottery with luggage with passengers large golf bag holders having to be accommodated beside passenger seats but it did get us to airport in time"

"We had a good stay 2 rooms. Facilities and staff good. Car park was helpful but limited spaces. One Room had been refurbished and the other had an older bathroom ... a little dated but functional. I would return to this hotel without reservation."
