"Beautiful property and location. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Vistamare breakfast and dinner were excellent. Pool and beach area are well kept and inviting. The concierge and reception staff were all first class and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend this luxurious property if you are staying in or near Santa Margarita Ligure."

"Do NOT stay here. It is not a 4 star hotel. Not even close. There was so much mold in our bathroom. It was shocking. Especially because house keeping allegedly cleans everyday. So how is mold not called out?? The walls are also PAPER thin. We were able to clearly understand what people were saying through the walls. No privacy and no sleep. Paid extra for a view of the ocean but didn’t enjoy the balcony once for how poorly maintained and dirty it was. The mini fridge didn’t work. They...

"The location was great! The beach area was wonderful. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, however the dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was slightly disappointing."

"Blu hotel was a gem. We booked our trip a bit late for summer on the coast and it was nice to find such a cute place near the beach. The owners were very helpful and the rooms were very clean with great AC. The garden was a lovely break from the heat with an excellent wine selection. Only wish access to the garden was allowed past 7:30pm as it closes when the owners leave for the night. Lavagna had great beaches and restaurants for us for our short stay."

"From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel."

"Villa Riviera was absolutely beautiful. Every room and suite is unique. The team is very attentive to their guests. We had a wonderful stay. We only had one dissapointment.....For those driving please be aware. The roads up to Villa Riviera are very narrow and difficult for two vehicles on the same road. All in all, the property is a dream. This is definitely the place for peace and serenity."

"Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
