"Property was in a good location and is situated on the 5th floor. It didn't really have a reception, but a member of staff was about to let us in and allowed us to check in a little early. The roof terrace is lovely but sadly the very stylish outdoor furniture they have doesn't work very well in the sun as it gets too hot and loses strength. As far as we could tell (or told) there is no way to buy drinks there, so we just bought our own from a supermarket down the road. The room we had, suitable for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) was tight, but the beds fitted well and the double bed was comfortable, and other beds suitable for kids. The beds were made up with only sheets and it wasn't that warm, but we found blankets in the cupboard. Some of them smelt very musty, but the fleece ones were ok. Doubt they get cleaned very often. Facility wise, the room had a full size fridge and a microwave, but no kettle, mugs, cutlery, crockery or glasses (did have disposable plastic cups in the bathroom). That seemed odd. As far as we were aware, there were no communal facilities either. Overall, for the price, it did the job for a family of 5 visiting Rome for a couple of nights. But we wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. "
