"Basic, noisy and busy when I stayed."

"not suitable for people with mobility issues no lift stairs steep. no amenities whatsoever. in need of complete refurbishment. had noise of dogs yapping from another room well past 11pm. would not stay again"

"The woman who served me in the bar on Tuesday 28th April was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great selection, even though I arrived fairly late. It’s a lovely hotel, but a shame there isn’t a swimming pool."

"Staff are ok, hotel needs updating. Rooms are dated, bathroom needs a good clean, didn’t like the hair in the plug in the bath. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bar area not clean, lack of staff willing to service. Food ok, definitely reheated. Breakfast was ok, but they need to tell you it’s not just full English for £9.95 and provide the menu on check-in. Young lady on breakfast provided an excellent service, although tables not cleaned, no cutlery, napkins, cups or glasses. Had to ask for everything. Really understand why the Premier Inn and Ramada was full, definitely better planning next time and look at reviews. "
