"We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again."

"Check in easy,room perfect,stay A+++..transfer to the station,perfect,young gentleman helped us with cases..my only complaint is clayton airport transfer....the gentleman who.picked us up from airport at 23:00 did little to offer a couple in 60s any help with luggage,very poor effort.."

I have never heard of a computer booking a hotel room without any human input. We were one of four arrivals who were turned away and sent to alternate accommodation. This, by law, is supposed to be of at least equal or better quality to the originally booked hotel room. We were sent to IBIS which is basically a tiny box room with a bed. "The staff were very welcoming. The bedroom was a great size, the only thing I would say, but that's just my opinion the TV could have been a little bigger, The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"Absolutely loved this place. Our room with its en-suite bathroom was very nice indeed. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal and the following morning breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again if staying in this area"

"Dont be decieved by the look from the outside! Although maybe a bit dated, the hotel was super clean, room was good size and the staff were fantastic. With free parking and a quick walk into the centre its great value for money. Would stay again"

"We were very unimpressed with the state of the building. We were in a tiny room in the attic with a bathroom that had no air con or extraction or any window that would open. The main room had a single socket that was practicably useful but from which it was impossible to position a fan to point at the beds. The patio area outside had broken glass on it that they seemed oblivious to until we raised it. It was cleared up half an hour later. There was torn wallpaper in one of the corridors....
