"Der Check-In Code wurde mir erst nicht per Mail zugestellt. Die Hotline war aber schnell erreichbar und konnte das Problem zügig lösen. Nach Erhalt des Codes bzw. Abschluss des Check-Ins lief alles problemfrei.
Das Appartment war sauber. Das Bett war etwas weich, aber immer noch voll in Ordnung. Die Küche hatte sogar alles da, um sich Filterkaffee zu machen.
In Fußnähe gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie ein paar Restaurants."

"Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel...

"When I arrived the hotel, main gate was locked and no guide to access in English. Following by German guide there was no key in the safe box. They didn't allocated a room before I come. I could hear dropping water sound during whole stay. Terrible service, bad room.
Only good thing is the Cafe which is next door of the hotel. They provide decent breakfast."
