"The studio surpassed our expectations. Staff were attentive and helpful. They booked an unforgettable boat trip for us. They visited promptly after a power outage - Paoula and Bianca. "Like many oarts of La Spezia the surrounding area is not well maintained for parks, gardens and walkways. The unit itself is comfortable but the toilet/bathroom is a bit cramped. You need to be able to walk or catch the bus to get to more central areas. For us it was good 👍 "

"The tower is located at one of the highest points in Vernazza, so be prepared for a good workout coming and going to the property. Pack light! Once there, the views are breathtaking and the property is very cozy. There are many creature comforts, including small kitchen, refrigerator, and WiFi. The center of town with restaurants and bars is very close and the property is also very close to the entrance of the blue trail. The extra bedrooms are better for older kids as they’re up steep ladders...

"Property is brand new inside. Excellent space and luminosity. The bed is very comfortable. There is currently construction next door that makes getting in and out a little more complicated. There are some steep steps to access the property."

"Very sweet and comfortable flat, suited our family of three perfectly. We loved sitting outside on the terrace balcony and enjoying views of Vernazza. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed (although the only cooking we did was to warm up the croissants the host agency had thoughtfully provided). "We were first presented with a list of extra fees for doing things such as leaving dishes in the sink (40 Euros), clogging the toilet (100 euros), not sorting the garbage properly into four separate bins (35 euros). The staircase is extremely steep and unsafe. Our children were not happy with the wifi rule not allowing streaming or gaming. On the positive side, the apartment is in a great location and has a washing machine"

"Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!"

"The best location, right in the lower area of Riomaggiore so it’s very easy to access and get around with minimal stairs. Cutest little apartment with everything you would need to cook. There is a bit of a damp smell but only takes 5-10 minutes with the window open to air it out. This location is unbeatable and Riomaggiore is definitely the best town to stay in. Will 100% stay here again in the future! "
