"They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable"

"Este lugar es increíblemente hermoso, las fotos no le hacen justicia porque es difícil captar con una cámara la belleza del lugar. Además es muy amplio, luminoso, limpio y elegante, y eso sin hablar de la vista que tiene a uno de los canales. Sinceramente creo que el precio es muy económico para la clase de lugar que es. He viajado a bastantes países y es la primera vez que escribo una opinión sobre una estancia, porque este lugar lo merece!"

"Great area and price, just very confusing to drive in and out of, if you're not familiar with the area. Apartment was great."

"It was a great location on the grand canal. The bathroom did have a bad odor when we arrived and during our stay."

"Was perfect amazing place absolutely beautiful and clean and perfect location"

"I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience for anyone considering staying at this property during the summer. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly throughout our stay. We contacted the property management immediately in hopes of resolving the issue, but no meaningful solution was provided. It was evident that the owner was already aware of the problem, as two fans and a portable air conditioner had been left in the unit. However,...

"Bummer of a stay. Check in was a nightmare, we were sent the wrong check-in instructions so we walked into an apartment someone was already staying in. Working w/o WiFi, we had to navigate and walk to their sister hotel after a long day of travel just to get proper check-in instructions. Apartment was clean-ish, ground floor so you hear boats going by which is not such a big deal but the bathroom was pretty gross. You can tell they only get a quickie clean, the shower head was so dirty that the...

"Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two...

"Property is in a great location, 5 mins walk from Rialto and 5 min to St Marks square. Kitchen is super small but functional. It would nice to have a bit better equipped kitchen with dishwasher tablets, paper towels etc. Other than that it’s OK."

"The property has perfect location but they need to informed to get to the apartment, you have to climb six flights of stairs because it is on the third floor, which actually feels more like a fourth floor, and there is no elevator. The beds are absolutely horrible! The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Sleeping on them feels like sleeping directly on the floor. They are extremely uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable and a total lack of respect for guests. Absolutely...
