"The air conditioning didnt work as well at night as it did during the day, not sure if that is part of the renovation. Restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy are all within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly, informed, and attentive. We stayed during renovation and it was obvious they are doing work, which was kept to a minimum. We spoke with the front desk regarding the plans and it looks like they have big plans that will take the hotel to the next level with a breakfast bar and restaurant. The hotel is nicely decorated, and clean. "

"The room was clean, is spacious, the bed was comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly. I was contacted very frequently about my stay, they kept sking if everything was good, if I needed anything. I really felt well taken cared of. There are no courtains and daylight lits the room very early in the morning, interrupting our sleep. The last night of our stay someone made really strong noices I did not recognized if they came from the roof or next door, but it was annoying."

"Our room had no windows. I wouldn’t have rented it if I had known that. Also the seating area outside our room had no sound absorbency so when we were trying to sleep, people coming into the room on their way to the elevator were very loud. Staff were very nice. Atmosphere of the hotel was kind of sterile."

"the rooms needs to be updated, rain a couples days and we have leaks in the ceiling all over the room , we had to complaint and they changed us for small room that doesn’t have hot water in the shower, I am surprised how you rated this hotel nine when needs a lot of work in the rooms , we complain about the hot water but never got fix that issue. the room was clean no place to put your stuff , you have to keep everything in the suitcase, love the location, I learned that never believe in the reviews, the upper deck was dirty snd looks like abandoned, well very bad experience and I never will recommend this hotel"
