"We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"

"The property was maintained properly, but it has room for improvement. The restroom in the first floor next to the bar were dirty, not well maintain for a hotel of that category. The air conditioner failed in our room, but we were quickly moved to a different room."

"The property was OK, the staff was great, it smelled great throughout the hotel, but the rooms were small, and the bathroom was tiny, and we did not have any hot water in the shower, shower was lukewarm at best! Also no elevators which we knew about, but we were on the top floor, so carrying all our heavy luggage up 4 flights of steps was tough! Also rooftop was not very well kept, had trash and old rusty chairs."

"I absolutely loved this place! I adore colonial-style architecture, and this hotel gave me exactly that. I fell in love with its charming streets, the beautiful view from the balcony, and the room itself. The exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, the décor, the beautiful wooden doors, and the craftsmanship throughout were simply stunning. The only thing I regret is not staying longer so I could enjoy this beautiful place even more. I can’t wait to come back!"

"All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful."

"We love the decor and vibe of this boutique hotel. The rooftop amenities are nice though we didn't use. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. We decided to extend our stay by one night. To do so, we had to check out of the upgraded room by 11 a.m. on our original checkout date, which was completely understandable. Our car rental reservation through expedia was terrible no cars available. Finally received a car at 4am and arrived at the location at 5am. We rested from 5am and checked out at 10am."
