"This is a beautiful property with the Coloniel architecture preserved AND frosty air conditioning in the rooms and suites. The bathrooms are updated with rainfall shower heads. I stayed in a King suite which was very comfortable and had a long balcony accessible from both the bedroom and the second room. "The cleaning lady was very helpful in storing our belongings and assisting us with check-out. I didn’t see the check-in email, so I couldn’t access the property when I arrived earlier than 4 PM. I tried calling, but the voicemail didn’t provide any useful instructions."

"We checked in then went to dinner came back and there was no power. They provided us with a light but there was no ac, there was no way to access the vending machines for drinks. Seemed to have been one of the only hotels without a generator. It was very disappointing especially since it’s a really cute hotel."

"Really nice room in the heart of old San Juan. The check in process is pretty choppy without there being someone actually checking you in, no flexibility on the 4pm check in which is pretty late. Also employees were really loud outside in the common areas at like 6:30-7am which woke me up and likely others. 10am checkout is a bit too early as well. For the price though it’s definitely good, would stay here again but request early check in and late check out"

"Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed."

"Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly."
